All deposits must come from a bank account or mobile banking account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If such a deposit is detected, it will be returned and the account may be placed on hold pending verification.
Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — this policy is in place to prevent money laundering. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are not permitted until all wagering requirements tied to any active bonus balance have been met.
Betsat does not charge any transaction fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees, which are outside Betsat's control.
Betsat's bonus offers are designed to provide added value to members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that are clearly stated on the bonus page. The general bonus rules are outlined below.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets. The wagering rate for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
Wagering requirements must be met within a set period after the bonus is activated — typically 30 days, though this may vary by offer. Any unmet bonus balance will be forfeited once the deadline passes.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. If a bonus is currently active, you must complete or cancel it before claiming a new one. Cancelling a bonus will forfeit the bonus balance along with any winnings earned from it.
Betsat uses technology to detect misuse of its bonus system, including multiple accounts, risk-free betting strategies, and other forms of manipulation. If such activity is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. In serious cases, the account may be permanently closed.

Receiving a confirmation after placing a bet means the bet has been successfully recorded. Any bet without a confirmation is not valid. Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled — however, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
Betsat settles bets at the odds in place at the time the bet was confirmed, not at any subsequently changed odds. If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Betsat reserves the right to re-settle the bet at the correct odds.
In live betting, internet latency may cause a bet to be recorded after the relevant event has already occurred. If Betsat can confirm that the event in question (such as a goal) had already taken place at the time the bet was submitted, Betsat reserves the right to void that bet.
The maximum win from a single bet is capped and varies by sport and market. This limit is displayed on the bet slip. Attempting to strategically circumvent this limit by placing multiple bets is strictly prohibited.
